Quincy Medicare Shipping Policy
1. Collection and Delivery Options
Quincy Medicare provides the following two collection and delivery options:
A. Free Self-Collection
Customers may collect their orders free of charge from the following location:
Address: Room 603, Vita Green Centre, 918 Cheung Sha Wan Road
Collection Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Customers who select self-collection may collect their orders during the stated business hours after receiving our collection notification.
B. SF Express Smart Locker / Collection Point
Orders will be delivered by SF Express to the Smart Locker or collection point selected by the customer at checkout.
We do not provide delivery to residential or office addresses. Customers must collect their orders from the designated Smart Locker or collection point according to the collection notification issued by SF Express.
2. Shipping Charges
- Hong Kong: Free delivery to a designated SF Express Smart Locker or collection point for orders of HK$1,000 or above.
- Hong Kong: A shipping fee of HK$50 applies to orders below HK$1,000.
- Macau, Taiwan and other regions: Shipping charges are payable by the customer. The actual cost will depend on the destination and logistics arrangements.
- Free self-collection: No minimum purchase is required.
For cross-border deliveries, any customs duties, taxes, clearance charges or other additional fees shall be borne by the customer.
3. Order Processing and Delivery Time
Orders are generally dispatched and delivered within approximately _7 to 10 business days or longer_ after payment and order confirmation.
Actual processing and delivery times may vary depending on:
- Order confirmation and payment processing
- Product availability and order handling
- Logistics arrangements
- Weather, traffic or other circumstances beyond our control
- Cross-border delivery and customs procedures
Orders are not dispatched or delivered on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
4. Collection Arrangements
- Customers must collect their orders from the selected collection point after receiving the collection notification.
- The collection period for SF Express Smart Lockers or collection points is subject to the notification issued by SF Express.
- If an order is not collected within the specified period, it may be returned or require a new delivery arrangement.
- Customers may be responsible for any delay caused by incorrect contact details, delivery information or collection details.
